By purchasing any service from Ranknox.com, engaging with our representatives, or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Ranknox provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) — on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO
• Social Media Marketing (SMM) — content strategy, posting, and community management
• Guest Post placements on high-DA third-party websites
• Backlink building — do-follow, niche-targeted, and authority links
• Paid social campaigns (content & strategy only; ad spend billed separately)
• Monthly performance reporting and consultation

All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Ranknox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Ranknox facilitates Guest Post placements on behalf of clients through our network of partner publishers and third-party websites. By ordering a Guest Post service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Permanent placement: All Guest Posts are intended as permanent placements. Ranknox does not control third-party editorial decisions or website management after publication.
• Content accuracy: The client is responsible for ensuring all content submitted for Guest Post placement is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
• No takedown requests: Ranknox will not process removal or takedown requests for Guest Posts once they are live. Any such requests directed to the publisher are at the publisher's sole discretion.
• Content ownership post-publication: Once submitted and published, the content may be edited by the publisher for formatting purposes. Ranknox is not liable for minor editorial changes made by the host site.
• Approval responsibility: Clients are advised to review and approve all Guest Post content before submission. Approval constitutes agreement to permanent publication.

Ranknox builds backlinks as part of its core SEO services. By placing an order for any backlink-related service, you agree to the following terms:

• Verify before you order: Clients must double-check the target URL and anchor text before placing a backlink order. Errors in URL or anchor text after order submission cannot be corrected.
• Third-party dependency: Backlinks are placed on independent websites. Their continued existence depends on the third-party publisher's decisions. Ranknox does not guarantee the permanent presence of any backlink.
• No index guarantee: While Ranknox endeavours to place links on indexable pages, we do not guarantee that any specific backlink will be indexed by search engines.
• Link type disclosure: All link types (do-follow, no-follow, sponsored) will be clearly noted in order descriptions. Clients accept the disclosed link type upon order placement.
• No partial credits for live links: Once a link is confirmed live, it is considered fully delivered. Requests for modifications, removals, or replacements will not qualify for credits or refunds.

Ranknox does not guarantee any specific search engine ranking position. Search engine algorithms are operated by independent third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) and are subject to frequent change. Results vary based on competition, domain authority, content quality, and factors beyond our control.

Any estimates or projections shared during onboarding are indicative only and do not constitute a binding promise or warranty of outcome.

Clients are required to:

• Provide timely access to website, social accounts, and necessary credentials
• Approve deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines
• Ensure content shared with Ranknox does not infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Disclose any prior SEO penalties or black-hat practices on the domain
• Make payments on due dates as per the agreed invoice schedule
• Review all order details (URLs, anchor texts, content) before submission

All strategies, reports, and creative content developed by Ranknox remain the intellectual property of Ranknox until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client.

Clients grant Ranknox a limited, non-exclusive license to use their brand assets, website data, and account credentials solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased services.

Third-party payments are strictly not accepted. Payments must originate from the client's own bank account or registered business account as stated in the invoice.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Ranknox will not disclose your business data, strategy, or performance metrics to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Ranknox employs industry-standard security measures to protect client data stored on our platform.

Ranknox's liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question during the preceding 3 months. Ranknox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or business opportunity.

Ranknox is not responsible for any penalties, deindexation, or ranking drops resulting from search engine algorithm changes, client-side content issues, or any factors outside Ranknox's direct control.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for all services rendered up to the termination date. Ranknox reserves the right to terminate immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.

Upon termination, any pending orders that have already been submitted to publishers or link-building networks may still be completed and will be billed accordingly. Published Guest Posts and placed backlinks will not be removed as a result of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
